The Ministry of Internal Affairs is launching a series of documentaries called "Flight 54" that will commemorate those who died in the helicopter crash on January 18, 2023 - the leadership and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the pilots of the State Emergency Service, and the residents of Brovary.

On January 11, at 12:00, the Ministry of Internal Affairs launches a series of short documentaries called "Flight 54" in memory of the Ministry of Internal Affairs employees and leadership who died in the plane crash last year.

For the purpose of artistic and aesthetic education and spiritual enrichment of young people, a visit to Sumy National Theater of Drama and Musical Comedy named after Mykhailo Shchepkin was organized for higher education students of Sumy branch of KhNUIA. The youth watched a performance based on Mykolai Hohol's play "The Night Before Christmas".

The team of higher education students "Defenders" of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, which included representatives of the student-cadet Parliament Victoria Yarova, Valeria Kochura, Anhelina Pravdiuk, Diana Boiko and Vitalii Politov, took part in the Bootcamp training camp within the UPSHIFT program in Sumy region.

On the eve of the New Year, first-year students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are studying law, joined the weaving of camouflage nets. After three hours of hard work, the first-year students, together with volunteers from the Motorized Hive Center, wove almost ten meters of winter netting.

Volodymyr Dementov, Associate Professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, PhD in Public Administration, as a trainer of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program, became one of the facilitators of the strategic session "Effective Leadership in the Administrative Management System".

Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Liudmyla Parfentii met with 11th grade students of Sumy Secondary School No. 4 named after Hero of Ukraine Oleksandr Anishchenko and held a career guidance conversation about the prospects for legal education in Ukraine.

The regular meeting of the scientific club of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA was devoted to the study of the main traditions and symbols of the Christmas holiday. In her introductory remarks, Professor Nadiia Demydenko focused on the work of Ivan Ohiienko "Pre-Christian Beliefs of the Ukrainian People" (1965).

Maryna Vasylenko, Head of the Legal Clinic "Pravova Dopomoha" of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the Winter Forum of Legal Clinics. The event brought together more than 50 clinicians who joined the conversation about the development of the legal clinical movement and the role of the Association of Legal Clinics of Ukraine in it.

The Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA held a round table of the student-cadet circle "Actual Problems of National Economy Development in the Context of Globalization" on the topic "Countering Cybercrime in Ukraine: Current Status, Features in the Context of War"
