As part of the All-Ukrainian action "16 Days Against Violence", lecturers of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA are conducting events for curatorial groups to raise awareness of students about all forms and actions in case of detection of facts of a particular form of violence.

Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA Tetiana Bilous together with Senior Lecturer of the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies of Sumy State University, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Natalia Teslyk conducted a binary lesson on "Peculiarities of legal consciousness of a lawyer as a subjective reflection of the current legal reality"

Oleksii Shumilo, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, held a curatorial hour with the cadets of the SF-203 group, during which they studied the letter of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine "On the implementation of the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Pohrebnyi and Others v. Ukraine".

In order to familiarize themselves with the principles of work, presentation of scientific papers, citation indices, associate professors of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA Yuliia Samoilova, Hanna Dovhopolova and senior lecturer Anna Reshytko took part in a series of webinars from Clarivate.

Higher education students of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have once again joined the donation of blood and its components. Each visit of volunteers to the city blood service center gives them the opportunity to feel part of the voluntary donor movement.

Every year, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, within the framework of the All-Ukrainian action "16 Days Against Violence", organizes a number of educational interactive events among higher education students that highlight the problem of violence and help prevent it.
