On the eve of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, Olena Lukianykhina, Head of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, took part in the conference "The Right to a Safe and Healthy Working Environment is a Fundamental Right in the Field of Labor" and attended a number of webinars.

Olena Lukianykhina, Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Associate Professors of the Department Svitlana Petrovska, Liudmyla Parfentii and Svitlana Vyhaniailo took part in the online forum "Online Security in Ukraine: What Have We Achieved and Where Are We Going?" organized by the NGO MINFIN.

In order to improve the practical training of higher education students, in particular, to solve complex real-life situations and a comprehensive vision of solving tasks in the professional activities of law enforcement officers, Valentyna Vasylenko, Head of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, together with Oleksandr Lysiak, Head of Kupiansk District Sector No. 1 of the branch of the State Institution "Probation Center" in Kharkiv Region, and Viktor Zolotukhin, Deputy Head of the District Police Inspection Sector of Kominternivskyi District Police Department of Kharkiv Regional Branch of the National Police of Ukraine in Kharkiv Region, conducted a linguistic and legal quest game "Legal Documentation"  

Nataliia Duravkina, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, has successfully completed the course "Academic Integrity: Online Course for Lecturers" on the platform of massive open online courses Prometheus

In accordance with the work plan of the scientific circle of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, a round table was held on the topic "Activization of entrepreneurship - development and restoration of communities", the organizer of which was associate professor of the department Volodymyr Dementov. The round table was attended by the club members, first-year students majoring in Law, and lecturers of the Department.

Lesia Honcharenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, met with students of the humanitarian profile 11th grade of Sumy Classical Gymnasium and held a career guidance conversation about the prospects of studying in the specialties "Law" and "Law Enforcement" at Sumy branch of KhNUIA.

Psychological support classes were held for students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are studying in the 1st and 2nd year of their studies in the specialty "Law" and "Law Enforcement" with the participation of Taisiia Lutskovska, a psychologist of the "Youth Friendly Clinic" of Sumy City Council.

Hanna Dovhopolova, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a career guidance meeting with high school students of Sumy Regional Boarding School for Talented and Creatively Gifted Children. The topic of protection and popularization of European democratic values was the key one for the meeting.

Olena Lukianykhina, Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, completed advanced training in the program "Psychological Assistance to Lecturers and Students in Conflict".

Liudmyla Parfentii, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, met with 11th grade students of Bochechkiv Secondary School of Bochechkiv Village Council of Konotop District of Sumy Region and held a career guidance meeting.
