Representatives of the student-cadet Parliament of Sumy branch of  Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a meeting with the higher education graduates of the branch on the topic "Academic Integrity".


Binary class with the participation of representatives of the explosives service

In accordance with the principles of practice-oriented training implemented at Sumy branch of KhNUIA, the head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines, Olena Lukianykhina, conducted a binary class on the discipline "Personal Safety of a Policeman" with the participation of the senior inspector of the Explosives Service of the MDNP in Sumy Region, Ivan Yelankin, and the policeman of this same unit of Yevhen Fediai.


Create a circle of safety

To the International Day of Human Rights and within the framework of the "16 days against violence" global action, an educational event "It's easy to stop violence" was held for first-year cadets of Sumy branch of  Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, in which inspectors of the public relations sector of the Patrol Police Department in Sumy region, Kseniia Krasovska and Maryna Horkovska, took part.


High school students were told about the profession of a lawyer

On the occasion of the All-Ukrainian Week of Law, which is celebrated from December 5 to 11, associate professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, candidate of economic sciences Liudmyla Parfentii met remotely with the students of Sumy Secondary School I-III degrees No. 4 named after the Hero of Ukraine Oleksandr Anishchenko and held a career orientation conversation about prospects of legal education in Ukraine.


A lecture was held on ensuring personal safety and prevention of HIV infection

On the initiative of the head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Olena Lukianykhina within the scope of the topic "Working conditions. Factors of a policeman's labor activity" from the discipline "Personal safety of a policeman" with the first-year cadets on the prevention and fight against AIDS, the deputy medical director of the Communal Non-Commercial Enterprise of Sumy Regional Council "Regional Clinical Center of Socially Dangerous Diseases", infectious disease doctor Larysa Panasenko, held a conversation.


Online lecture for schoolchildren "I have the right to live without violence"

As part of the All-Ukrainian campaign "16 days against violence" and "Law Week", associate professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA Svitlana Petrovska and student of the 3rd year of full-time education majoring in "Law Enforcement Activities" Yelyzaveta Skrypnyk held an online meeting with students of grades 9 and 11 classes of Sumy secondary school of the I-III degrees No. 8 and read a lecture on the topic "I have the right to live without violence".

Since the first days of the war, the students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have been actively helping defenders defending Ukraine from the Russian aggressor.


Female cadets of Sumy branch passed the training "Aware and protected"

As part of the global campaign "16 days against violence", cadets of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Vlada Shkurko, Mariana Moiseienko, Daryna Verbytska and Daria Kolosnikova, took part in the three-day training "Aware and Protected", which was held under the slogan "Women - it's wonderful" from the "League of Modern Women" public organization.


Binary lesson on the judicial system of Ukraine

For first-year students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Oleksii Shumilo, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines held a binary class on the academic discipline "Judicial and Law Enforcement Bodies of Ukraine" on the topic "Judicial System of Ukraine" together with Supreme Court judge Vitali Zuiev, who studied and worked as a lecturer at KhNUIA.
