Events were held at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs to commemorate the victims of the plane crash that occurred on January 18, 2023 in Brovary. The SES helicopter carrying nine employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, headed by Minister Denys Monastyrskyi and his first deputy Yevhen Yenin, crashed near a kindergarten and an apartment building.
