Head of Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration Serhii Borzov, Head of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Region, Police Colonel Ivan Ishchenko, Rector of the University, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko congratulated the university cadets on the first day of the new academic year.
