Стаття присвячена розглядові поняття комунікативної компетентності як комплексного явища, що складається з різних компонентів, основними з яких є лінгвістична, мовленнєва та соціокультурна компетентності. Автори припускають, що оволодіння мовою та вивчення іноземної мови майбутніми правознавцями складається з трьох взаємопов’язаних компонентів: використання мови, усвідомлення природи мови, розуміння іноземної та рідної культури. Враховуючи те, що щодо компонентів комунікативної компетентності серед науковців досі немає єдності, в статті зосереджено увагу на деяких із них, володіння якими, на думку авторів, визначає рівень розвитку комунікативної компетентності з читання як одного з найбільш активно використовуваних видів мовленнєвої діяльності. Мовний компонент визначено як здатність читача адекватно сприймати й розуміти мовленнєві повідомлення на основі наявних знань про формально-структурні особливості мови, їх єдність з лексичними, граматичними, фонетичними вміннями та навичками. Соціокультурний компонент забезпечує, перш за все, адекватне розуміння, яке залежить від знання читачем норм та реалій відповідної національної культури. Когнітивний компонент визначає готовність до здійснення розумової діяльності, оскільки комунікативний зміст у процесі спілкування не тільки передається, а й створюється в результаті розумової діяльності. Предметний компонент авторами статті розуміється як цілісна система теоретичних знань про певну діяльність, що дозволяє індивіду робити обґрунтовані твердження. Реалізація предметної компетенції забезпечує процес узагальнення одержаної інформації. Паралінгвістичний компонент – це знання зовнішніх характеристик організації тексту та володіння уміннями їх розпізнавати (шрифтове оформлення, схеми, креслення, пунктуація). У статті наголошено, що кожний з визначених компонентів включає певні знання (виконання гностичних функцій), навички (операційні функції) та вміння (функція реалізації). Функції компонентів та рівень співвіднесення в них знань, навичок, умінь зумовлені особливостями їхнього внутрішнього взаємозв’язку та їхнім зв’язком із середовищем, рівнем сформованості кожного з них, мовленнєвим досвідом, багатством концептуальної системи студента, метою, завданнями, етапом навчання.

The sociocultural component provides, first of all, an adequate understanding, which depends on the reader’s knowledge of the norms and realities of the relevant national culture. The cognitive component determines readiness for mental activity, since communicative content in the process of communication is not only transmitted, but also created as a result of mental activity. The subject component is understood by the authors of the article as a complete system of theoretical knowledge about a certain activity, which allows an individual to make reasonable statements. The implementation of subject competence ensures the process of generalization of the received information. The paralinguistic component is knowledge of the external characteristics of text organization and the ability to recognize them (font design, diagrams, drawings, punctuation). The article emphasizes that each of the identified components includes certain knowledge (performance of gnostic functions), skills (operational functions) and skills (implementation function). The functions of the components and the level of correlation of knowledge, skills, and abilities in them are determined by the peculiarities of their internal relationship and their connection with the environment, the level of formation of each of them, speech experience, and the richness of the student’s conceptual system, the goal, tasks, and stage of education.

На сьогоднішній день простежується необхідність перегляду підходів до підготовки кваліфікованих юристів у ЗВО. Особливого значення набуває питання автономності студентів щодо іноземної мови та їхньої відповідальності за результат навчання. Стратегії вивчення дисципліні допоможуть студентам стати більш самостійними, збільшувати їх особисту зацікавленість у навчанні, навчати процесам самооцінювання та самокорекції. Статтю присвячено стратегіям навчання іноземної мови для здійснення професійної діяльності. Наводяться визначення поняття «стратегія навчання», актуалізованого у сфері мовної освіти. Дається класифікація навчальних стратегій з урахуванням принципів компетентнісно-модульної організації навчального процесу. Пропонується виокремлювати такі стратегії навчання бакалаврів англійської мови: мовні, комунікативні, інтегративні творчі стратегії. Дані стратегії рекомендується вважати ефективними для бакалаврату немовного вишу. Стратегії співвідносяться з компетенціями, формуванню яких вони сприяють, і навіть із категорією «уміння». Мовні вміння передбачають накопичення спеціальної термінології за фахом; активне освоєння граматичних конструкцій, притаманних ділового стилю. Комунікативні вміння – це вміння обробляти та інтерпретувати інформацію; володіти мовним етикетом, листувати англійською; використовувати країнознавчі та культурні фонові знання. Інтегративні вміння полягають у здібностях самостійно знаходити різні джерела інформації іноземною мовою; обробляти, інтерпретувати інформацію; реалізовувати продукт із використанням комунікаційних та інформаційних технологій. Розглядаються питання, пов’язані з організацією навчання через систему вправ. Стратегії, компетенції (уміння) та вправи представлені системно взаємопов’язаними.

Стаття присвячена розгляду сутності, складових та способів формування комунікативної компетенції через читання іншомовних текстів. Комунікативно-орієнтований підхід дає можливість трактувати текст як одиницю, засіб та продукт комунікації. Визначено функції читання: пізнавальна, регулятивна, ціннісно-орієнтаційна, конвенціональна. Із погляду системного підходу, комунікативну компетенцію визначено низку взаємопов’язаних компонентів, володіння якими вказує на наявність в індивіда знань, навичок та вмінь в галузі мови. Визначено складові комунікативної мовленнєвої компетенції: лінгвістичний, соціолінгвістичний та прагматичний. Лінгвістична компетенція, у свою чергу, включає лексичну, граматичну, семантичну, фонологічну, орфографічну, орфоепічну компетенції, а також когнітивну організацію та спосіб, за яким знання зберігаються. Прагматична компетенція складається з дискурсивної, функціональної компетенцій та включає програмування мовлення. Ураховуючи те, що досі не існує єдності серед методистів щодо компонентів комунікативної компетенції взагалі, у даній статті ми зупинилися на деяких з них, володіння якими визначає рівень розвитку комунікативної компетентності в читанні. Лінгвістичний компонент – це здатність читача сприймати й адекватно розуміти мовленнєві повідомлення на основі наявних знань про формально-структурні особливості мови, їхню єдність із лексичними, граматичними, фонетичними навичками та вміннями. Соціокультурна компетенція забезпечує адекватне розуміння, яке залежить від знання читачем норм та реалій відповідної національної культури. Когнітивний компонент визначає готовність до здійснення розумової діяльності. Предметний компонент – це цілісна система теоретичних знань про певну діяльність, що дозволяє індивіду робити обґрунтовані твердження. Паралінгвістичний компонент – це знання зовнішніх характеристик організації тексту та володіння уміннями їх розпізнавати. Формування читацької компетенції вимагає формування в студентів навчальної компетенції.

The article is devoted to consideration of the essence, components and methods of formation of communicative competence through reading foreign language texts. The communicative-oriented approach makes it possible to interpret the text as a unit, means and product of communication. The functions of reading are defined: cognitive, regulatory, value orientation, conventional. From the point of view of the systemic approach, communicative competence is defined as a number of interrelated components, the possession of which indicates the presence of knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of language. The components of communicative speech competence are defined: linguistic, sociolinguistic and pragmatic. Linguistic competence, in turn, includes lexical, grammatical, semantic, phonological, orthographic, orthographic competence, as well as cognitive organization and the way in which knowledge is stored. Pragmatic competence consists of discursive, functional competences and includes speech programming. Taking into account the fact that there is still no unity among methodologists regarding the components of communicative competence in general, in this article we focused on some of them, the possession of which determines the level of development of communicative competence in reading. The linguistic component is the reader's ability to perceive and adequately understand speech messages based on existing knowledge about the formal and structural features of the language, their unity with lexical, grammatical, phonetic skills and abilities. Sociocultural competence ensures adequate understanding, which depends on the reader's knowledge of the norms and realities of the relevant national culture. The cognitive component determines readiness for mental activity. The subject component is a complete system of theoretical knowledge about a certain activity, which allows an individual to make reasonable statements. The paralinguistic component is knowledge of the external characteristics of text organization and the ability to recognize them. The formation of reading competence requires the formation of students’ educational competence.

Запропонована стаття описує періоди становлення та розвитку Українського Вільного Університету, який протягом 100 років є представником української вищої освіти та науки в Європі. Виявлено комплекс факторів, що впливали на передумови зародження, особливості становлення та розвитку установи у віденський, празький та мюнхенський періоди. Автори розглядають історію Українського Вільного Університету в дискурсі генези ідеї безкоштовної вищої освіти як складової реформаторської педагогіки та інституціоналізації українознавства у світовому науково-освітньому просторі. Доведено, що відповідно до європейських традицій академічне середовище Українського Вільного Університету функціонувало на основі академічної автономії, на відміну від системи вищої освіти в Радянському Союзі, де авторитет університету ігнорувався, свобода викладання, навчання та дослідження були суворо обмежені (особливо в соціально-гуманітарних галузях). Розкривається інноваційний потенціал Українського Вільного Університету, який сприяв розвитку приватної вищої освіти у європейських країнах, висвітлюються досягнення та труднощі у здійсненні різноманітної діяльності закладу. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу організації навчального процесу, спрямованому на збереження національної ідентичності української студентської молоді та налагодження співпраці між представниками різних академічних громад у контексті міжкультурних взаємодій. У процесі дослідження використовувалися сучасні наукові підходи (системний, антропоцентричний, культурологічний, міждисциплінарний) та методи (загальнонаукові - аналіз, синтез, порівняння, систематизація, узагальнення; конкретно-наукові - історіографічний, текстовий, ретроспективний та синхронний аналіз).

The proposed article periodizes the formation and development of the Ukrainian Free University, which has been a representative of Ukrainian higher education and science in Europe for 100 years. A set of factors influencing the preconditions of origin, features of formation and development of the institution in the Viennese, Prague and Munich periods is revealed. The authors consider the history of the Ukrainian Free University in the discourse of the genesis of the idea of free higher education as a component of reformist pedagogy and institutionalization of Ukrainian studies in the world scientific and educational space. It is proved that in accordance with European traditions, the academic environment of the Ukrainian Free University functioned on the basis of academic autonomy, in contrast to the higher education system in the Soviet Union, where university autonomy was ignored, freedom of teaching, learning and research were severely restricted (especially in socio-humanities). The innovative potential of the Ukrainian Free University, which contributed to the development of private higher education in European countries, is revealed, the achievements and difficulties in the implementation of various activities of the institution are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the educational process organization, aimed at preserving the national identity of Ukrainian student youth and establishing cooperation between representatives of different academic communities in the context of intercultural interactions. In the process of research modern scientific approaches (systemic, anthropocentric, culturological, interdisciplinary) and methods (general scientific – analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization; specific scientific – historiographical, textual, retrospective and synchronous analysis) were used.

У статті актуалізовано, що у зв’язку зі зміною зовнішніх соціально-економічних умов як у світовому, так і у вітчизняному науково-освітньому співтоваристві постало усвідомлення необхідності організаційно-управлінських трансформацій вищої школи. У статті проаналізовано концепції вивчення системи вищої освіти, які припускають кілька моделей організаційних структур закладу вищої освіти, основними серед яких є: ієрархічна департаменталізація – класична модель; інноваційний університет («підприємницький університет») – ринкова модель; ціннісно-етична модель. Визначено, що жодна зі згаданих моделей не наявна в реальності з чистому вигляді. Це пов’язано з тим, що система вищої школи знаходиться в перехідному етапі свого розвитку. По-друге, особливості, притаманні сучасним закладам вищої освіти, навіть за наявності інноваційних методів управління та функціонування, дозволяють розглядати систему управління українським вишем як традиційну – ієрархічну департаменталізацію. Подано визначення поняття «інноваційний виш», його найбільш логічно й реально діючу модель «проектно-орієнтованого університету». З’ясовано, що сучасний виш є певною соціальною системою, з характерною для неї наявністю соціального середовища, з формальною і неформальною соціальними структурами. Наявність визначеного кола компонентів дозволяє розглядати сучасний виш як соціальну корпорацію.

The article analyzes the models of the organizational structures of the institution of higher education, the main of which are: hierarchical departmentalization – the classical model; an innovative university («entrepreneurial university») – a market model; value-ethical model. The features inherent in modern institutions of higher education are determined, which, even with the presence of innovative methods of management and functioning, allow us to consider the management system of a Ukrainian university as a traditional – hierarchical departmentalization. The presence of a certain range of components allows us to consider a modern university as a social corporation.

Стаття присвячена актуалізації проблеми використання інноваційних технологій у вищій школі, зокрема під час викладання іноземних мов студентам на етапі оволодіння ними комунікативними навичками. Навчання іноземних мов на різних етапах сьогодні набуває особливого значення у контексті процесів розвитку особистості, глобалізації та інтеграції України в європейський освітній простір. У зв’язку з оновленням нормативних документів, зокрема, з прийняттям Державного стандарту загальної початкової освіти виникає потреба перегляду підходів до викладання іноземних мов на всіх етапах навчання. У статті наголошено, що на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства володіння інформацією стає передумовою успіху в усіх галузях життєдіяльності людини. Якщо раніше основними джерелами інформації вважалися книги, телебачення, радіо, то зараз це ще й інформаційно-комунікаційні технології. У наш час для вчених, педагогів та студентів уміння кваліфіковано працювати з ними стає життєво необхідним. По-перше, багатьма європейськими та американськими науковими спілками створені спеціалізовані мережі з пошуковими системами, які забезпечують доступ практично до всієї необхідної інформації. По-друге, у будь-якому іншому вигляді певні види інформації можуть бути просто недоступними. Світ, як відомо, переживає справжній бум щодо навчання, у результаті якого виникають нові форми отримання знань, у тому числі і за допомогою інноваційних комп’ютерних технологій. Інноваційним технологіям у статті відведено особливе місце. Необхідність їх запровадження у всі сфери людської діяльності дедалі очевидніше. Бо важко уявити сучасну школу без комп’ютерного класу. Комп’ютер став такою ж необхідністю, як калькулятор, записник, друкована машинка, музичний центр, пристрій для доступу і збереження інформації. Останніми роками дедалі частіше стоїть питання про застосування нових інформаційних технологій у середній школи. Мова йде не тільки про новостворені технічні засоби, а й нові методи викладання, новий підхід до процесу навчання. Основною метою навчання іноземних мов у вищій школі є формування та розвиток комунікативної культури студентів, навчання практичному володінню іноземною мовою.

The article is devoted to the actualization of the problem of using innovative technologies in higher education, in particular, during the teaching of foreign languages ​​to students at the stage of mastering them communicative skills. Learning foreign languages ​​at various stages today is of particular importance in the context of the processes of personality development, globalization and integration of Ukraine into the European educational space. In connection with the updating of regulatory documents, in particular, with the adoption of the State Standard of General Primary Education, there is a need to review approaches to teaching foreign languages ​​at all stages of education. The article emphasizes that at the current stage of society's development, the possession of information becomes a prerequisite for success in all areas of human life. If previously the main sources of information books, television, and radio were considered, now it is also information and communication technologies. Nowadays, for scientists, teachers and students, the ability to work with them in a qualified manner is vital. First, many European and American scientific associations have created specialized networks with search engines that provide access to almost all necessary information. Second, in any other form, certain types of information may simply be unavailable. The world, as you know, is experiencing a real boom in education, as a result of which new forms of acquiring knowledge are emerging, including with the help of innovative computer technologies. Innovative technologies are given a special place in the article. The need for their introduction into all spheres of human activity is becoming more and more obvious. Because it is difficult to imagine a modern school without a computer class. The computer has become the same necessity as a calculator, a notebook, a typewriter, a music center, a device for accessing and saving information. In recent years, the question of the use of new information technologies in secondary schools has become increasingly common. We are talking not only about newly created technical means, but also about new teaching methods, a new approach to the learning process. The main goal of teaching foreign languages ​​in higher education is the formation and development of students' communicative culture, training in practical foreign language skills.

У статті розглядаються напрями та підходи до підвищення кваліфікації викладачів іноземної мови в закладах вищої освіти. Викладання іноземних мов вимагають від викладачів не лише розвитку методологічних та педагогічних компетентностей, а й постійної роботи, спрямованої на підтримку необхідного рівня володіння іноземною мовою. Підтримання мовної компетентності вимагає систематичного навчання мовним навичкам (вимови, лексики, граматики) та аспектів мовленнєвої діяльності (розмова, аудіювання, читання та письмо), що ставить перед учителем необхідність взаємодіяти з носіями мови або тими, хто використовує мову, яку викладають з метою відстеження нових мовних явищ. Розглянуто напрями та можливості для підвищення кваліфікації викладачів іноземної мови в контексті підвищення кваліфікації в закладі вищої освіти. Підвищення кваліфікації може здійснюватися в таких напрямах: підтримка мовних та мовленнєвих навичок; підготовка до складання міжнародного іспиту та/або засвоєння формату міжнародного іспиту з метою підготовки студентів до цих іспитів; розвиток методичної та педагогічної компетентності; ознайомлення з новими документами (стандартами, положеннями, правилами тощо) та нововведеннями. Виокремлено сучасні Інтернет-ресурси, які дозволяють вирішувати різноманітні завдання для підвищення професійного рівня викладачів іноземної мови. Слід зазначити, що володіння іноземною мовою відкриває можливості для професіоналів у різних сферах діяльності. Відмінними рисами формату освіти дорослих в контексті підвищення кваліфікації у закладі вищої освіти є відкритість (доступ до курсів здійсняються через Інтернет); мультимедіа (на курсах широко використовуються відео-, аудіо матеріали та інші технологічні рішення); інтерактивність (активна взаємодія учасників освітнього процесу між собою через участь у форумах та чатах); безкоштовне або умовно-безкоштовне навчання (найчастіше навчальні матеріали загальнодоступними, але отримання документів здійснюються за окрему плату); розробкою курсів займаються провідні заклади вищої освіти.

Areas and approaches to professional foreign language teachers’ development at higher education institutions are discussed in this article. Teaching foreign languages requires from teachers not only the methodological and pedagogical competences development, but also constant work aimed at maintaining the required level of foreign language proficiency. Maintaining language competence requires systematic learning of language skills (pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar) and aspects of speech activity (speaking, listening, reading and writing), which puts the teacher in need of interaction with native speakers or those who use the language taught to track new linguistic phenomena. The directions and opportunities for professional foreign language teachers development in the professional development context at a higher education institution are considered. Advanced training can be carried out in the direction of support of language and speech skills; preparation for the international exam and/or mastering the format of the international exam in order to prepare students for these exams; development of methodological and pedagogical competence; acquaintance with new documents (standards, regulations, rules, etc.) and innovations. The modern Internet resources which allow to solve various problems for a professional level increase of foreign language teachers are allocated. It should be noted that knowledge of a foreign language opens up opportunities for professionals in various fields. Distinctive features of the adult education format in the context of advanced training at a higher education institution are: openness (access to courses is provided via the Internet); multimedia (video, audio materials and other technological solutions are widely used in the courses); interactivity (active interaction of participants in the educational process with each other through participation in forums and chats); free or conditionally free training (most often the training materials are publicly available, but the receipt of documents is carried out for a fee); leading institutions of higher education are engaged in the development of courses.

З кожним новим поколінням перед учителями вищої школи постає проблема пошуку ефективних методів, прийомів і засобів навчання. Одним із шляхів активізації навчального процесу, зокрема розвитку іншомовних комунікативних навичок студентів, ми вважаємо використання комп’ютерних програм (КП). Особливостями текстово-опосередкованої комунікації є відсутність зворотного зв’язку, розділеність автора й адресата в часі й просторі, що може спричинити семантичний бар’єр між ними, оскільки для них характерні різні реалії та норми мови. У контексті нашого дослідження навчальне читання як комунікація опосередковується не папером, а технічним засобом комп’ютером, з екрана якого виробляється інформація. Таке спілкування є особливим видом взаємодії, новою сферою людської діяльності.

The peculiarities of text-mediated communication are the lack of feedback, the separation of the author and the addressee in time and space, which can cause a semantic barrier between them, since they are characterized by different realities and language norms. In the context of our study, educational reading as communication is mediated not by paper, but by a technical means, a computer, from the screen of which information is produced. Such communication is a special type of interaction, a new sphere of human activity. First, it is a student's dialogue not only with the author of the text, but also with the computer program. It can have a name, a face, an image. Therefore, the student believes that he is not communicating with a separate program, but identifies it with the image of a technical tool - a computer. Sometimes the student is asked to register himself. Personalization and registration give the learning situation features of real communication.

Підготовка спортсменів високої кваліфікації до змагань вимагає постійного біохімічного контролю. Дане дослідження проводиться з метою вивчення гематологічних показників борчинь під час підготовки до чемпіонату світу з вільної боротьби. У дослідженні взяли участь 10 спортсменок збірної України віком від 21 до 23 років різних вагових категорій. У більшості досліджень автори стверджують, що гематологічні параметри можуть змінюватися під час виконання вправ. Вони можуть вказувати на перенапруження та перетренованість, але в той же час вони не були корисними маркерами для раннього виявлення перенапруження. Згідно з результатами власних досліджень, у більшості спортсменок гематологічні показники були в межах норми. У чотирьох борчинь спостерігалися ознаки неадекватного одужання. Своєчасне виявлення цих особливостей дозволило внести корективи в тренувальний процес. Найкращі результати у змаганнях показала борчиня, дані біохімічного обстеження якої були в межах норми, а концентрація гемоглобіну була найвищою серед обстежених. Водночас у двох спортсменок, які посіли призові місця, виявлено відхилення гематологічних показників від норми. На нашу думку, у вільній боротьбі результат визначається багатьма факторами. Велике значення має класифікація борця, психологічна та техніко-тактична підготовленість, рівень розвитку фізичних якостей та індивідуальних функціональних можливостей.

Preparing athletes of high-level qualification for competitions requires a continuous biochemical monitoring. This research is conducted to examine the hematological parameters of female wrestlers while preparing for the Wrestling World Cup. The study involved 10 female athletes of the national team of Ukraine aged from 21 to 23 of different weight categories. In most studies the authors state that hematological parameters may change while doing exercises. They may indicate overstrain and overtraining, but at the same time they were not useful markers for the early detection of overreaching. According to the results of our own research, the majority of female athletes had hematological parameters within the normal range. The four female wrestlers showed the signs of inadequate recovery. Timely detection of these features allowed us to make adjustments to the training process. The best results in the competition showed a female wrestler, whose biochemical examination data were within normal limits, and hemoglobin concentration was the highest among the surveyed. At the same time, two female athletes who won prizes had deviations from the norm of hematological parameters. In our opinion, in freestyle wrestling the result is determined by many factors. The classification of the wrestler, psychological and technical-tactical readiness, the level of the development of physical qualities and individual functionality are very important.

У статті аналізується одна із сучасних американських концепцій шкільної організаційної культури – концепція «турботливої спільноти». Науковий інтерес до феномену організаційної культури в США виник у 70-х роках ХХ ст., коли вперше було припущено про взаємозв’язок шкільної культури та ефективної діяльності школи. Сучасна концепція «турботної школи» виникла з необхідності глибоких змін у внутрішньому середовищі американських середніх шкіл, так званого «reculturing»: подолання расових, етнічних конфліктів у школах, зниження наркоманії, усунення насильства в школах. та розладів психічного здоров’я учнів, розширення можливостей учнів та їхніх родин. Кваліфіковане вирішення цих проблем безпосередньо пов'язане із соціально-педагогічною компетентністю педагогів. Центральна ідея цієї концепції полягає в необхідності посилення співпраці між установами школи, сім’ї та суспільства з метою створення безпечного середовища в школі. Аналіз досліджень американських теоретиків освіти, які досліджують досвід освіти дбайливих спільнот, показує, що діяльність шкіл такого типу ґрунтується на таких принципах: встановлення позитивних соціальних і міжособистісних стосунків (зв’язаності), наявність широких прав і можливостей для кожен (розширення можливостей), підтримка безпеки школи (безпека), розвиток співпраці членів шкільної спільноти (співпраця), узгодження дій членів шкільної спільноти (послідовність), почуття спільної власності (спільна власність), взаємоповага ( повага), атмосфера радості (веселощі). Результатом реалізації принципів концепції «турботливої школи» є зміна шкільної культури, а саме характеру взаємовідносин між групами учасників, які беруть участь у її житті. Це значною мірою сприяє набуттю вчителями та учнями життєво важливих соціально-педагогічних компетенцій. Зокрема, розвиток культури командної роботи змушує вчителів більше підтримувати нові ідеї. Стосунки між викладачами та студентами змінюються таким чином, що студенти починають розглядатися як учасники освітніх змін, що встановлює відносини взаємної поваги та довіри між двома сторонами. Стосунки між дітьми встановлюються за зразком стосунків між дітьми в сім'ї. Побудова партнерства між батьками, громадою та школою може мінімізувати ризик конфліктів між ними, а отже, і в самій школі.

The paper analyzes one of modern American concepts of school organizational culture, the concept of «caring community». Scientific interest to the phenomenon of organizational culture in the USA appeared in the 70 years of the twentieth century, when for the first time, it was assumed the interconnection of school culture and effective operation of schools. The modern concept of «caring school» arose from the need for profound changes in the internal environment of American high schools, so-called «reculturing»: overcoming racial, ethnic conflicts in schools, reduction of drug abuse, the elimination of violence in schools and disorder mental health of students, empower students and their families. A skilled solution to these problems is directly related to the social and pedagogical competence of teachers. The central idea of this concept is the need for enhanced cooperation between the institutions of school, family and society in order to create a safe environment in the school. An analysis of studies of American educational theorists who study education experience caring communities it is found that the activity of schools of this type is based on the following principles: establishing positive social and interpersonal relationships (connectedness), the existence of broad rights and opportunities for everyone (empowerment), supporting school safety (safety), development of cooperation members of the school community (collaboration), harmonizing the actions of members of the school community (consistency), a sense of common ownership (shared ownership), mutual respect (respect), joy atmosphere (fun). The result of the implementation of the principles of "caring school" concept is changing of the school culture, namely the nature of the relationship between the groups of members involved in her life. It greatly contributes to the teachers’ and pupils acquisition of vital social and pedagogical competencies. In particular the development of a culture of teamwork makes teachers more supportive of new ideas. The relationship between teachers and students a change in such a way that students begin to be seen as participants in the educational changes that establishes the relationship of mutual respect and trust between the two sides. The relationship between children establish on the model of the relationship between the children in family. Building partnerships between parents, community and school can minimize the risk of conflicts between them, and therefore within the school itself.

У статті описано сучасні проблеми викладання іноземної мови за професійним спрямуванням для магістрів закладу вищої освіти з метою розвитку та вдосконалення їх професійної компетентності за допомогою Інтернет-технологій. Зазначено, що викладання іноземної мови за професійним спрямуванням має здійснюватися за допомогою сучасних Інтернет-технологій, що підвищують мотивацію та пізнавальну активність магістрів, усувають психологічний бар'єр у процесі використання іноземної мови як засобу спілкування у закладі вищої освіти. Виокремлено погляди науковців на використання SMART-технологій у процесі викладання іноземної мови за професійним спрямуванням для магістрів закладу вищої освіти. У статті обґрунтовано необхідність використання SMART-технологій у навчанні іноземної мови за професійним спрямуванням, сформульовано основні принципи її функціонування та основні характеристики. На прикладі інструментів SMART-технологій (вебінари, соціальні мережі, блоги, системи електронного викладання іноземної мови, навчальні програми SMART) проаналізовано актуальність та обґрунтованість їх використання з дидактичної точки зору, наголошено на необхідності постійного вдосконалення процесу викладання за їх допомогою. Зазначено, що регульована система SMART-технологій допомагає опанувати іноземну мову за професійним спрямуванням у сучасних умовах закладу вищої освіти.

The views of individuals on technology use offer clues about the tools they consume. These views may vary. Technology used in all aspects of our daily lives has also become a part of the magister training process at higher educational institutions. Student’s and teacher’s opinions are crucial in the effective and efficient use of technology. The article describes the current problems of foreign language teaching of professional direction students in magister training process at higher educational institution in order to develop and improve their professional competence by means of internet technology. It is noted that the teaching of a foreign language of professional direction has to be carried out by means of modern Internet technologies that enhance motivation and cognitive activity of students, eliminate the psychological barrier while using a foreign language as a means of communication. The article substantiates the necessity of using SMART technologies in teaching a foreign language of the professional direction, formulates the basic principles of their functioning and basic characteristics. Using the example of SMART technology tools (webinars, social networks, blogs, e-learning systems of foreign language teaching, SMART tutorials), the authors analyze the relevance and validity of their use from a didactic point of view, emphasize the 2 need for continuous improvement of the learning process with their help. It is indicated that the regulated system of smart technologies helps in foreign language of professional direction mastery in the present context of the higher educational institution.
